ENF IN LIBRES

The Tunisian Revolution, also called the Jasmine Revolution, was an intensive 28-day campaign of civil resistance. It included a series of street demonstrations which took place in Tunisia, and led to the ousting of longtime president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in January 2011. I was a witness to those events that led to this Revolution, during and faced the afterwards with the fall of Libyan President.

As an act of resistance, most of the portraits of the former President had been removed immediately.

Some of the neighbourhoods in the vicinity of the President set up some type of roadblocks.

The days of the revolutions were marked with the effects that most of the police went into hiding and public order had been maintained by the army and citizen.

The national army closed most of the city centre after the fall of the Regime to stabilise the situation.
